It’s essential that everyone in your group is prepared for the physical demands and challenges of paddling this rugged yet breathtaking coastline. Na Pali is not a journey for everyone—it requires endurance, fitness, and a spirit of adventure.

    Kayak Kauai maintains a guide-to-client ratio of one guide for every six paddlers. The cost per guided segment is $385.

    3. Kayak Choices

    For safety, we insist on at least one double kayak per expedition or more depending on the strength of the party. Kayaks with rudders are superior in strong wind and waves.
